At Premier Homes we take the stress out of building your dream home. We have spent a lot of time understanding the challenges most people face when building their own home. As such we have tailored our processes around making building as stress-free as possible. We are here to walk you through every step of the process.

Trust that you have industry experts on your side, from picking a site to drawing the plans, to building the dream. Get all of the benefits of building your own home, without the hassle you would expect from a building project. We will work with you from start to finish.

Step 1. Initial Discovery (what do you want) Do you have land?

Look through our data base for land on & off the market that will suit your needs and discuss needs, wants and budget.

Step 2. Site Visit to position key areas of your New Home

Kitchen to get morning sun, Lounge View, Master Bedroom View/Morning sun, Sheltered Deck/Decks off etc. all taken into consideration.

Step 3. In-depth Design Brief

Visit your home (or one of ours) to get exact room sizes so you know what you are getting; Start Scheme Plans 1% paid (Architect Costs)

Step 4. Present Scheme Plan or you present your Plans

Check that Wants and Needs are met & budget alignment

Step 5. Specifications & Pick your Fixtures so everything will fit

Bath, Vanity & Shower sizes, Kitchen, Floor Covering, Exterior Claddings Etc…

Step 6. Present Final Plans & 3D Renders with Fixed Price Quote

Sign Letter of Engagement 2% paid (Architect Costs for working Drawings).

Step 7. Ready for Council Consent

Sign Master Build Contract & 10 year Guarantee, and pay deposit & plans go to council.

Step 8. Sit Back and Relax your New Home is underway

Our project manager will ensure your build runs smoothly and on time.

Step 9. Handover

Final Payment is made your keys are Handed to you…Move in and Enjoy.

Step 10. Maintenance

We come back in 6 months to check everything is working and as it should be.
